Privacy Policy

1. Controller and contact

RPGistas is the service provided at www.rpgistas.com.br. Requests regarding personal data, access, correction or deletion may be submitted through the contact form, selecting “Privacy and personal data”.

2. Data we process

When you sign in with Google, the authentication service receives data needed for sign-in, which may include an account identifier, name and email. RPGistas uses your user identifier and chosen nickname to associate runs, achievements and leaderboard results. We do not publicly display your email or Google account photo.

Through the contact form, we collect your name, reply email, subject and message. Guests may keep preferences and progress only in their browser. Hosting and authentication providers may record technical information necessary for security and operation.

3. Purposes of processing

Authentication and game data are used to enable sign-in, save progress, display nicknames and scores on the leaderboard, and safeguard service integrity. Contact messages are used to receive and manage requests and, when necessary, respond to the email address provided.

Processing follows the legal bases applicable to providing the service, responding to requests and ensuring security. We do not sell player contact lists.

4. Services we use

The portal uses Supabase for authentication, databases and backend functions, Vercel for hosting, and Google for sign-in. These providers' policies may also apply to their processing activities. Google Analytics 4, Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, when configured and enabled, are used only after you allow optional measurement on the portal. You may change that choice under Cookies. Speed Insights measures performance indicators, while Analytics measures visits and navigation.

5. Sharing and visibility

The leaderboard displays only your chosen nickname and information about the game run. Contact messages are available to authorized administrators and are not public. Technical processing by infrastructure providers may involve storage or processing outside Brazil, depending on the services used.

6. Retention and deletion

Account and run data are retained while the account is active or as long as needed for the stated purposes. The deletion function in the profile removes your RPGistas account and associated active data. Guest contact messages may be deleted following a request and appropriate verification. Records required by law, security needs or technical backups may have different retention periods, subject to applicable law and provider terms.

7. Your rights

You may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion where applicable and other measures under applicable law. Use Contact → Privacy and personal data. You may review your optional cookie choices under Cookies.

8. Updates

This policy may change as new features are added. Material changes will be announced on this page. Updated September 2026.
